Here are the steps to complete rejuvenation:

Find a Doctor – Use our Find a Doctor search box to locate a healthcare professional in your area who administers Stemprofill.

Before you go to your Doctor for the procedure you should:

  • Avoid any medications that can prolong bleeding, such as aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs), for at least a week prior to receiving the treatment in order to reduce the risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site.

Questions you should ask your Doctor:

  • How long will the procedure last?
  • What care is recommended after treatment?
  • How much downtime will there be after I receive the treatment (time away from work, activities, etc.)?
  • When should I schedule my follow-up appointment?

Determine your areas of concern:

If your Doctor determines that Stemprofill is right for you, he or she will then examine the soft tissue of your face to assess the depth of wrinkles and folds to determine your treatment for wrinkles and rejuvenation. Your Doctor should listen carefully to your concerns and needs, this allows him/her to better tailor treatment. They may even take before and after photographs so you can see the difference after receiving the treatment.

The Actual Treatment:

One week before the treatment the patient will be given Stem Support Natural Supplement to increase the patients circulting stem cells for the procedure. Anesthetic may not be needed prior to treatment since Stemprofill can be used with lidocaine, (a type of anesthetic) to improve comfort during treatment. Your Docotor may also elect to use a topical anesthetic to numb the treatment area before the injections. Your Doctor will then inject Stemprofill under your skin where wrinkles and folds occur to replace lost skin volume. Following the injection, your healthcare professional may gently massage the treated areas. The procedure is quick and easy and the results are instant. The whole treatment will take approximately one hour and a half from start to completion.

Post-Treatment:

Avoid the following activities for at least 24 hours after treatment:

  • Strenuous exercise
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Extended exposure to sun or heat
  • Extreme cold temperatures

Exposure to any of the above may cause temporary redness, swelling, and/or itching at the injection sites. If there is swelling, you may need to place an ice pack over the swollen area.

Results:
