Preparation is simple, quick, and completed in the Physicians office.

The patient will be placed on a 4-7 day treatment that will increase the circulating blood stem cells by approximately 30%. A blood sample of 30-60 ml is extracted from the patient. The blood is immediately placed in the cell separator in the kit (provided by Stemprofill) and processed to separate the stem cells and harvest the platelet rich plasma (PRP). The remaining plasma will be converted into a gel and mixed with the Hyaluronic acid to create the Biofiller, with the machine (provided by Stemprofill). Stem Cells and the Plasma Gel are injected into the deep dermis within the problem areas of the patient. The compound can be used to restore volume and turgor to the skin around the eyes, cheeks, mid-face, thinning skin on the neck, back of the hands, and décolleté. The process is safe and effective for all types of skin since your own Stem Cells are used. All grades of wrinkles can also be improved along with increasing Collagen.

Stemprofill is injected under the skin (including the dermis), topical/local anesthesia is used. Visible results will be noticeable immediately and will generally improve over 5 to 6 months. The procedure lasts from start to finish approximately an hour and has a lasting effect from 6 to 9 months. It is recommended that the patient repeat the procedure to maintain the rejuvenation process on the skin. There are no major side effects on this procedure except for minimal swelling, occasional bruising and redness for 12-24 hours. Some patients experience headaches.
